In individual therapy, we provide personalized sessions to help clients navigate personal challenges and foster self-discovery, focusing on solutions that lead to positive change. In addition to traditional therapy offerings, we offer two additional outpatient programs: The Ascension Program (30-60 Days) Ages 16-22 • Two Weekly Groups • Two Weekly Coaching Sessions • Weekly Family Therapy • Structured Family Integration The Apex Program (60-90 Days) Ages 22 and Older • One Weekly Group • One Individual Therapy Session • One Weekly Family Session Throughout all these services, our approach is solution-focused, emphasizing practical strategies and interventions to empower clients to make meaningful and lasting changes in their lives.
